Our personal training and exercise classes are non-traditional. Personal training and group classes are the most easy, convenient, and affordable way to improve your health with a private instructor. NO CONTRACTS. TAX-DEDUCTIBLE, HSA CARDS ACCEPTED!
Here is how it works:

Pick an exercise class. (weight loss, personal training, yoga, tai chi, strength building, mobility, rehab, anything you want....)

Pick a day and time. We offer non-set and pre-set open to all classes so exercising here is Most Convenient. Grab some friends or come on your own.

Personal training or small group? It's up to you and it's the same total cost! If you want 1 on 1 training, then that is what you get. If you want to bring a friend to split the cost and have an accountability partner, you split the cost of the session! Do you have a small group of friends who would like to all get together to do an aqua zumba or yoga class...You can bring up to 4 people to a session and share the cost 4 ways. That is only 12.00 each and you get to pick the day, time, and what type of class. It doesn't get any better than that!

Aqua Yoga and Stretching
Put a new spark into your yoga practice! Stretching is important. It is easier and safer to increase your range of motion surrounded by warm water. Pre and Post-exercise stretching can also aid in workout recovery, decreasing muscle soreness, and injury prevention. Removable submersible platforms, exercise bars, and pool walls allow you to perform a wide variety of yoga poses easily and safely.
Aside from the array of physical benefits, one of the best benefits of yoga is how it helps a person manage stress. Warm Water Yoga is very effective in reducing pain, increasing mobility, and lessening depression. Combined, these create and instill a more positive outlook on life.

This gentle form of exercise can prevent or ease many ills of aging and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion," but it might as well be called "medication in motion."
Discover why so many people who have done Tai Chi (called Ai Chi in the water) say that it is the best way to do Tai Chi. Come find out why many practitioners cannot say enough good about the relaxing and calming effects of practicing in warm water in a flat bottomed therapy pool. There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. And you can get started even if you aren't in top shape or the best of health.
In this low-impact, slow-motion exercise, you go without pausing through a series of motions named for animal actions — for example, "white crane spreads its wings" — or martial arts moves, such as "box both ears." As you move, you breathe deeply and naturally, focusing your attention — as in some kinds of meditation — on your bodily sensations. Tai chi differs from other types of exercise in several respects. The movements are usually circular and never forced, the muscles are relaxed rather than tensed, the joints are not fully extended or bent, and connective tissues are not stretched. Tai chi can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit to people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery.
