

GROUP CLASSES!
Our Warm Water Group Classes are a group class that anyone can participate regardless of physical abilities. The water is warm and relaxing. You burn more calories than doing the same exercise on land and it is easy on your body. Classes are limited to about 6 persons per class. Walk-ins are welcomed. We are opening up new classes each month as the popularity increases. If you have a certain day/time that you would like to see a new class, please let us know, we love your feedback!
